Delheim Whole-wheat Bread Family Recipe
Ingredients:
1kg Whole-wheat Flour (Stoneground if possible)
10g Anchor Yeast (1pkt instant yeast = 10g)
2 tablespoons Honey
350ml warm water
2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Sunflower Seeds
2 tablespoons Pumpkin Seeds
2 tablespoons Linseeds
Method:
Mix ingredients together and kneed for approximately 10 minutes
Proof mixture until double in size
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes in preheated over at 180°C
After baking, brush with melted butter
